I love the fact that PCC is a professional agency that has guidelines, policies and procedures in place. This gives me peace of mind that my son is being well cared for. When he is at overnight respite camp I have peace of mind knowing he is having fun and is cared for. I also have confidence that the staff are well trained to deal with any difficulties and we can enjoy our break.

Most services for senior care only do one thing, with PCC you have the flexibility to direct your own supports, which is great. My parents have been able to stay in their home 6 to 8 months longer (while waiting for Long Term Care). I feel like the staff at PCC go above and beyond with their level of care and communicating with us as things come up.
